Job Title: Integration Team Lead

- Software Location: New Malden Salary: £63,000 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing: Provide tasking to the Integration Team members Scope, plan, estimate and schedule all activities within the remit of the Integration Team Track the team activities, and provide updates to ETC and timescales to S/W Manager Production of Software Builds & Installation Images for delivery Support Target Hardware including installation of new builds & Operating environments and target testing Investigation of System wide issues including raising of observation reports for defects, when appropriate Your skills and experiences: Experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to management and peers and direct reports Displays flexibility in response to changes in tasking & priorities Ability to mentor peers and junior members of the team Minimum 5 Years' experience in engineering or a defence or related industry Degree qualified or equivalent, in a technology, engineering or science related discipline Registered or ability to work towards Incorporated Engineer or Chartered Engineer status Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.

The Naval Ships team: You will be working with a dynamic and enthusiastic Integration team who are eager to learn and develop.

As Integration Team Leader you will support the Submarine Command System Manager in managing the Integration of changes from multiple programmes into a single delivery stream, providing builds and software releases in a controlled and coordinated manner.
