The Opportunity
The business now has a need for a brand protection paralegal to join and support the business in IP matters.
Working with a small but highly business facing legal team, you will use your brands knowledge and experience to provide protection for the brand, managing enforcement work, infringement matters and dealing with counterfeits.
You will manage the IP database and you will play a key role in the management and protection of trade marks.
The brand is growing globally along with the legal team, this is a key role for the business.
About You
The role requires a minimum of at least two years’ solid brand protection experience. Given the importance of this role to the business, extensive IP paralegal experience would be welcome - the ability to know when to take legal action will be key. A keen interest in brand protection and marketing in relation to consumer brands is also key. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a commercial way within a highly creative environment is also essential.
