A well known and respected investment fund is looking for a hands-on CFO to take ownership of a significant project, £1000-£1500 per day. This role offers hybrid working (London based office).

As CFO, you will be tasked with the following:
- Creating a new group structure in line with the new business strategy
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to align integration project planning
- Running the integration of multiple business entities from a finance view point
- Creating and implementing new team structures
- Implementing best in class processes, policies and controls in alignment with the new business structure
- Creating budgets and forecasts in line with the business plan/strategy
- Assist with the systems integration
You will be a qualified accountant with significant experience in a senior finance leadership position. You will have demonstrable experience of leading & delivering integration projects previously and have prior experience of working in an investment/PE/VC business environment. Experience of working in technology, telco, infrastructure or related sectors would be highly beneficial.
In addition, you will have a hands-on, proactive approach along side excellent stakeholder management skills. you will also be comfortable working in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment where adaptability, prioritisation and attention to detail are key
