Experienced Interim Estates Surveyors needed!

Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the North Home Counties, who require an Interim Estates Surveyor.
The work will have you focused on getting through the backlog of their rent reviews and lease renewals.
Ideally you'll be MRICS or AssocRICS, with experience in Property management of industrial, investment and corporate portfolios.
Local Authority experience is desirable, however if you've worked in an alternative local government organisation that would certainly help!
You'll be required in the office once per week, on a Wednesday for the team meetings.
