Job Description
- Provide financial leadership and oversee all financial operations within the charity.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the charity's objectives.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Mentor and manage a small finance team to promote efficient financial practices.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve the charity's mission and goals.

A successful Interim Finance Director should have:
