Interim FM Buyer £350-500pdRole: Interim Facilities Management BuyerClient: Major Real Estate OrganisationRate: £350 - £500 per day (inside IR35)Location: Hybrid working from home and 3 days per week in London.Duration: 12 monthsAn exciting, long-term opportunity for a Buyer with Facilities Management experience to directly support the Senior Procurement Manager with a range of major FM tenders, for a large developer and operator of Real Estate.You will be involved in contract renewals, carry out end-to-end, hands-on sourcing, pull together tender documents, manage tenders, liaise with key, senior stakeholders, and manage the supply chain across a wide range of commodities.Requirements:3-4 years Procurement experience.Broad Facilities Management category knowledge.Hands-on sourcing ability.Confident managing both internal and external stakeholders.Private Sector industry background.This is an urgent requirement - if interested, please apply asap and any questions, email claire.shipman@1st-executive.com
