Job Description
- Leading the financial planning and analysis processes
- Forecasting and budgeting to drive business performance
- Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues
- Ensuring the financial reporting procedures are robust and reliable
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Driving improvements in automated financial reporting systems
- Contributing to the company's strategy and growth plans
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements related to finance
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience in a similar role within the charity sector
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
