Finatal are currently recruiting for an Interim Group Operational Finance Director to join an international P.E. backed manufacturing business operating at over £100mill t/o. This is an exciting time to be joining a highly profitable business that is internationally growing. You will be the No.2 to the group CFO, leading the finance function and being closely involved in the operational finance of the different business units.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and working alongside the group CFO to deliver the finance function e.g., audit, tax, reporting and treasury.
• Working closely with various different business units – examples include, conducting deep dives, pricing methodologies, product and inventory costings and providing high quality analysis and reviews.
• Manage a team of finance directors across the different business units.

Requirements

• Proven No.2 in Finance with experience within a PE backed manufacturing business.
• Experience operating at the group level in an international business.
