I am currently working with a Local Authority based in North London who are looking for a new Head of Development to deliver mixed use development projects both on Council owned land and in partnership with private sector partners.
What will you be leading?
- The redevelopment of two industrial estates to create modern industrial facilities
- The negotiation of the redevelopment of two town centre shopping centres
- The acquisition and disposal of land to meet strategic priorities
You'll work alongside the Director of Housing and Regeneration to identify land suitable for housing development, and be managing a small team of professionals both internally and externally.
The Council currently work on a hybrid basis, with you being required in the office at least twice a week. This can be negotiated once you've started the role, and know your team and projects.
