Job Description

We have an opportunity for an Interim HR Business Partner with one of our West London based clients. So, if you have a background working in operational HR roles in small, scaling businesses, ideally within the Pharma / Biotech / Tech sector we'd love to hear from you.

The role will be a broad operational generalist one supporting and providing day to day guidance on all HR activity including ER, performance, culture, engagement, reward, and talent, helping to develop engaged, high performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with the line managers, coaching and upskilling them on things people!

- Enhancing their capability on dealing with ER issues.

- Driving workplace culture and behaviours.

- Developing policies and processes.

We are looking for someone that has a background working in an SME who enjoys really developing the HR offering and understands and has experienced some of the challenges that come with working with a growing business. Having worked in a stand-alone or smaller HR team environment will be essential as is the ability to role your sleeves up and get into some of the detail.
