Interim HR Business Partner
Salary: £250-£265 per day
Location: Manchester/Hybrid
Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working once again with this innovative provider of housing and community services in their search for an Interim HR Business Partner.
Offered on an ongoing basis initially for 4 months the role of HR Business Partner will play a key role within the HR team working closely with other HRBPs and the HR Director with the main purpose to provide support around some really exciting Engagement projects.
In addition, the role will take on the management of a portion of employee relations and so suitable candidates will be confident and happy to support in this area as well as having the ability to manage challenging stakeholders.
Offices are based in Manchester however there is ample flexibility in working from home, only needing to come into the Manchester office 1 day per week and to attend meetings as required.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver a comprehensive HRBP service across designated business areas
* Support in the development and implementation of functional People Plans
* Provide managers with case management advice and guidance- disciplinary and grievance, capability, performance, attendance
* Support the implementation of colleague engagement surveys and initiatives
* To provide accurate management information to be fed into board reports
* To provide coaching and mentoring to managers to develop their confidence and capability
Key skills and experience:
* Member CIPD status
* Demonstrable business partnering skills
* Substantial experience in all aspects of employee relations
* Experience of developing business people plans
* Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders
* Experience of supporting HR initiative and projects
