Interim Human Resources Business Partner Job In Spalding

We are partnering with a well known manufacturing business to support them with an interim HR Business Partner. This is a 3-4 month assignment whilst the company appoints a permanent employee.

This role will manage a HR Administration team in a Shared Service Centre capacity. This will be responsible for 12 direct reports, dealing with transactional HR – absence, contracts, changes to T&Cs, T&A, escalate issues to BP. Managing staff and supporting the Senior HRBP

You'll need to have management experience, knowledge of HR Shared Service processes and be available to start immediately.

This will pay c£300 per day and will fall inside of IR35.
