Job Description
- Lead and manage complex property projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives within the consultancy, strategy and change department
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Project Manager should have:
- Proven working experience in project management in the property industry
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
