Job Introduction
At TLT we are currently recruiting for a Litigation Lawyer between 2-4 years PQE on a contract basis to join our FSDI Department for 6 months. The caseload will encompass banking litigation work with an emphasis on small claims in relation to payment protection insurance. To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have previous experience in this area.
Role ResponsibilityDay to day, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a significant caseload for key financial services clients
- Providing competent strategic and commercial legal advice on a range of contentious disputes and claims
- Assessing and progressing a varied litigation caseload typically emanating from banks and mortgage lenders
We are looking for Qualified Lawyers of 2-4 years PQE with a background working within a litigation team and ideally experienced in acting in the financial services sector on contentious matters, who will be confident acting on a busy litigation caseload.
