The Opportunity
I am working with a successful Private Equity backed business that is one of the market leaders in Digital Marketing services in the UK. They are looking to develop their Corporate Finance team in a period of growth with the hope to make multiple acquisitions in the coming year. As a result, they are in need of an experienced M&A analyst to support on buy & sell side transactions. You will be dealing with stakeholders, leading projects and meeting tight deadlines with the opportunity to pioneer the Corporate Finance department of this exciting business.
The Role
- Helping prepare Board/Exec update packs
- Data room management and deal material review
- Assists in due diligence including financial analysis and other ad hoc transaction related projects
- Working alongside group finance team to shape financial information to assist buy side cases
- Model review and preparation (for valuation indication)
- Input into the long-term M&A strategy
The Requirements
- ACA, CPA or equivalent
- Experience analysing financial statements
- Experience working in Corporate Finance dealing with buy or sell side support is preferred.
- Understanding of investment themes with the ability to present information to C-suite
- Experience in M&A including interrogating data rooms and preparing Due Diligence reports.
- Experience building Financial Models.
- A good understanding the Microsoft office suite with advanced expertise with excel and powerpoint
