Are you a Project Finance Lawyer looking for a new and exciting assignment with an impressive client? AG Integrate are excited to share we're supporting one of our impressive Financial Services clients based in London who are making an impact implementing renewable energy on a global scale, are seeking two additional headcounts to navigate a strong pipeline of upcoming infrastructure projects. This will be to join part of a sizeable legal team for a period of 6 months on a full time basis. Ideally, the roles will be immediate/July start date.
The opportunities would suit those of 6 years PQE plus, ideally with experience of EMEA markets.
The role is transactional, covering new deals and a portfolio, mostly in developing countries.
The role will mean that you are reviewing, negotiating and executing finance documents and then working to financial close. Experience in developing markets and understanding of project, construction, and operation documents, especially risk allocation, will be highly valued.
All deals are supported by external counsel (international & national).
- The role will be on a hybrid basis with a preference for being onsite two days a week, including Thursdays. Exceptional candidates from further afield will also be considered on a remote basis.
