Interim Senior Finance Business Partner

My client is a not for profit organisation based in Central London with a global reach. They are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 14 month fixed term contract with key responsibilities covering:
- Leading on the organisation’s FP&A requirements
- Leading on the creation of accurate reporting to share at SLT and Board level
- Leading on the budgeting, forecasting and reporting procedures and being the key point of contact for non-finance budget holders at the senior level
- Line managing a Finance Business Partner, supporting their development and encouraging them to take on more senior interactions.

The office is in Central London and the team gets together once or twice a fortnight when needed.
To be considered, please meet the following criteria:
- Hold a full accountancy qualification
- Ideally have experience in the Not-for-Profit sector
- Have experience line managing at least one staff
- Have a strong aptitude for budgeting and forecasting, including excellent Excel skills.
