As Interim Senior People Partner, you will be responsible for;
Business Partnering a specific division to the organisation
Providing day to day HR advice, guidance and support
Liaising with HRD to implement the wider People Strategy across the Region
Focus on improving management capability using coaching and influencing methods
Identify and implement culture change initiatives
Profile
The successful candidate will;
Have solid experience as HR BP
Strategic experience around culture change and change management initiatives
CIPD L7
Able to start as soon as possible
