Title: Internal Communications Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: London - hybrid (3 days in office)
This is an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to take the next step in their career by joining a growing team in a global Real Estate business
Working as part of the Communications team, you will play a key role in developing the internal communications strategy to drive employee engagement across different business units
Key responsibilities:
- Work with senior management and communications team to drive internal communications strategy
- Drive engagement for internal events such as town halls and major business updates
- Use research and analysis to feedback to the business on campaign effectiveness
- Work with business unit leaders to ensure clear messaging and in line with overall strategy
Key skills & experience:
- Experience in a professional services/real estate/financial services business
- 3+ years experience in Internal Communications roles
- Proven experience working with senior management to develop internal messaging
