Job: Internal Recruiter
Location: Halifax
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working: 3 in office, 2 from home, Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Source candidates through various channels
- Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
- Liaise with and manage recruitment agencies
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding strategies

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Recruiting: 5 years (preferred)
- Onboarding and training (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
