As an internal recruitment consultant at index, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent to fuel our business growth. Your role will include;

  • Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to meet our evolving talent needs.
  • Identify top talent candidates using the ATS system and LinkedIn for live roles globally for our 8 brands.
  • Approach passive candidates by headhunting & sending personalised messages on LinkedIn.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and goals.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle efficiently following our world-class processes.
  • Setting and achieving ambitious goals and targets.
  • Represent our business to candidates that align with our company culture and values.


Essential criteria for the role of internal recruitment consultant;

  • Personality: you spend more time with your colleagues than you do with your friends and family, so the personality of a colleague must be helpful, not harmful.
  • Purpose: our mission is big, and getting there will be hard. We need everyone pulling in the same direction to make it more achievable. An individual's purpose is critical to us achieving our goals.
  • Performance: we need colleagues who have performed at high levels previously. This can be within recruitment or outside of it. In any circumstance, we need people who can show they can perform consistently at high levels.
  • Perseverance: going against the norm is hard. Breaking records is harder. Maintaining your standards to be the highest possible is harder again.
  • Personal Accountability: you can only be successful if you take ownership of what happens because of your choices and actions.
