In response to our ongoing growth ambition, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the team.


This role will focus on managing the recruitment process for mid to senior level hires UK wide ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead the recruitment lifecycle for mid-level and support positions, via direct resourcing methods across the spectrum of opportunities at Gerald Eve.


Candidate Sourcing: Assist in the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events and direct communications.


Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, market trends and solutions to their needs.


Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining Gerald Eve’s reputation as an employer of choice.


Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications and Experience:


Experience working as an internal recruitment professional is ideal but not essential.


Experience of recruiting mid-level and support roles, preferably within the property or professional services sector.


Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with a proven track record.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
