This is a full time position and is a hybrid role, the office is based in Poole, Dorset.

Dealer UK includes Ibcos Computers Ltd and Catalyst Computer Systems Ltd. Both businesses provide Dealer Management Software, with Ibcos focusing on the industries of Agriculture, Construction and Garden Machinery and Catalyst focusing on the industries of Motorcycle, Caravan and Motorhome, Retail and Trade and Agriculture. We help dealers manage all areas of the business operations from parts and service, through sales and finance, with innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.

Job Overview
As the Internal Sales Specialist you will be tasked with calling customers and prospects daily to maximize the lead generation for the sales team. You will follow up on marketing campaigns and close deals to contribute to the sales targets. The role requires contact with customers and prospects by telephone, video call and occasionally attending exhibitions. Focusing on new and existing products, product launches and data driven campaigns. The role requires a good level of detail and understanding of the sales process. Outbound calls will be a key KPI for this role to ensure we have a high conversion rate for the campaigns throughout the year. Data collection is also a key feature in the role as we require the CRM system to be maintained to a high level. You will report to the Back to Base Sales Manager but will also have guidance from the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities
• Cold call prospects for lead generation
• Calling customers/prospects and driving sales supporting the success of new sales campaigns
• Use scripts to provide information about our software product’s features, prices and present their benefits
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products and services meet their business needs
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in our CRM system, Salesforce
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information to share with the sales team
• Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to the sales managers
• Proactive sales calls via phone calls/video demo's
• Responsible for keeping in contact with groups of allocated customers
• Leverage account managers to influence and progress sales opportunities maximising our profitability
• Support the development of a sales channel of new and existing customers ensuring our DMS solutions match their needs
• Understand and interpret customer requirements and use every sales opportunity to promote our full range of products and solutions
• Understand the customers businesses and challenges that they face to help us identify their needs and provide a software solution to give them a return on their investment
• Respond to and qualify leads and opportunities from marketing campaigns
• Contact potential customers through cold calls and emails
• Identify the prospects needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers and prospects
• Set up meetings or calls between prospects and BDM's/AM's
• Report to the B2B Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results and account management tasks
• Stay up to date with new products and services
• Expected to achieve 100 outbound calls per day with 30 meaningful conversations per day
• Responsible for sales across both DG-UK companies Catalyst and Ibcos

The salary for this position is based on 25 hours per week - £20,000 per year + commission + sales target bonus
