Job Description
Our client is a well known and established Tier 1 London Contractor specializing in New build Residential schemes.
Due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Site Manager to join the team on a Flagship scheme in Hendon, North West London.
Project information:
£60m Social Housing project consisting of 172 new apartments due to complete early summer 2026.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing units from 1st & 2nd fix through to handover.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance on site.
- Co-ordinating labour and resources on site
- Manage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock.
- Ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality.
- Undertaking company directed quality control procedures and inspections.
- Monitoring and controlling the cost of production, and approving payment to contractors and trades where appropriate.
- Initiating and attending plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector.
- Liaising proactively with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved.
- To deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times.
Suitable candidates must have:
- Residential Contracting experience
- Stable career history
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid etc
- RC Frame experience
