International Grants Finance Business Partner

My client is currently undergoing a fantastic transformation within the organisation which has allowed for a new role to be created. This International Grants Finance Business Partner position will suit someone who enjoys being part of a fluid team and who is able to see the bigger picture. Based in London but offering flexible working arrangements, this position is a great opportunity for someone with previous grants management experience with a commercial mindset.

The key responsibilities of the International Grants Finance Business Partner role include:

  • Working closely with the grants team to develop budgets and present other financial information needed.
  • Playing a critical role as a Business Partner within grant-funded areas to help improve the understanding of financial information and drivers.
  • Work closely with the wider accounting team to ensure accurate financial transactions and efficient grant management within the organisation.
  • Providing advice on process improvement to ensure efficient and consistent financial management of grant related processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ideally commenced a relevant professional accounting qualification.
  • Charity sector experience together with some exposure to grants management.
  • Experience creating budgets and other relevant financial information to support the bid process.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people of different levels.
