<div><p><b>FPG is looking for a HR Manager</b> with global experience who can provide support to a newly integrated business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the telecoms industry offering a fully remote position based in the UK or Ireland.</p><p><b>To be successful you must have:</b></p><ol><li>Global experience supporting employees in different countries</li><li>Proven experience working in a startup environment</li><li>Dealing with ambiguity</li></ol><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ol><li>Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries.</li><li>Gather and organise HR data, projects, and program information for reporting to the HR Director as needed.</li><li>Maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.</li><li>Offer guidance to the business and escalate issues to the Group HR Director when necessary, following established approval protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with business units to support recruitment activities.</li><li>Assist in driving organizational restructuring efforts.</li><li>Aid in crafting job descriptions and conducting global compensation benchmarking.</li><li>Provide managerial guidance and coaching on various workplace matters including performance management, challenging conversations, employee relations, and employee development, in consultation with the Group HR Director.</li><li>Contribute to the enhancement of HR policies, best practices, processes, and tools in collaboration with the Group and Portfolio HR community.</li><li>Collaborate with the HR Director on miscellaneous projects as needed.</li></ol><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ol><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources generalist role.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in achieving strategic HR objectives aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Proven track record in overseeing HR core processes including talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.</li><li>Capable of making well-founded business decisions and offering evidence-based recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Bachelors degree or diploma in business administration, human resources management, or a related field is mandatory.</li></ol><p>Please apply to find out more details</p></div>
