We are currently looking for an International Key Account Manager. If you are a proactive, solution-focused individual who thrives from working in a fast-paced environment, and maximising commercial results working with agents and distributors in territory, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage relationships with agents, distributors and key accounts in the Scandinavian region.
  • Understand each customer's unique needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and maximise growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow the Scandinavian wholesale market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, through market and industry insights.
  • Coordinate with agencies operating within the Scandinavian market to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations tailored to their market.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyse sales performance data, market feedback, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance, forecasts, and effective orderbooks management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with international account management, focusing on the Scandinavian market, is desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mid-level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
  • Fluent in English. Additional language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) is highly desirable.
