Job Description

We are looking for an International Marketing Manager to join our International Sales team. We are looking for candidates who can be based in either our office in Le Mans, France or White City, London.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the General Manager – International, you will be working closely with the International Sales Managers, International marketing team and our local partners, contributing to the positive development of the business unit in line with our strategy. Facilitating the activation of Group & Brand Marketing strategies at market level is also a key part of this role.

Key accountabilities include:-

  • Creating and activating the International Marketing Strategy
  • A&P responsibility and planning
  • Managing a team of 2 (based in Le Mans) and cross functional engagement
  • Managing brand communication and facilitating information sharing
  • Promoting collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (customers)

Dependent on base location, the role will require travel between our Le Mans and London offices.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven marketing experience in the consumer products sector including national HQ management
  • End-to-end digital marketing experience from strategy through to execution would be highly desirable
  • Demonstrated skills in building brands across multiple customer channels, driving innovation and achieving sales, profitability and budget goals
  • Experience in integrated customer and consumer communications planning across analogue and digital platforms
  • Proven evidence in leading a team, both strategically and hands on, and feeling comfortable in working in a matrix environment
  • Experience of managing international business via distribution partners would be highly desirable

  • Basic salary from c. £50,000 p.a.
