Placed by Leon have partnered with a Watch & Jewellery brand on an exciting new opportunity, based in Central London. My client is hiring an Inventory & Audit Manager that will have sole responsibility for organising and conducting investigations of stock and potential variances of the company stock file. The ideal candidate should be naturally analytical and data-driven whilst having the ability to demonstrate calmness when working under pressure. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance of all business directives & polices Responsible for planning & communication of stock takes Partnering with store & location teams to ensure accurate execution & reconciliation of stock takes Collaborating with store/location management to create action plans to identify & rectify issues Organise and conduct compliance audits including H&S, LP etc Identifying and managing risks in regards to stock & compliance Organise and conducting product directive compliance checks Offers solutions to mitigate risk & ensure compliance Strong attention to detail skills Reconciles internal branch transfers – communicate & reconcile anomalies Review & communicate damaged stock list Responsible for compliance checks of GDPR, CCO, MSA identifying & calling out risks to the business Manages postal loss service & conducts necessary investigations Managing the creation & distribution of new store back office filing Conducting necessary new starter/refresher training Responsible for Head Office health & safety briefings Decision making/seeking commercial resolutions Builds & maintains positive working relationship with key internal partners Attention to detail with ability to understand the bigger picture Regularly reviews compliance to ensure company & legal best practice is followed Travelling to 3rd parties responsible for raising invoices for stock losses for 3rd parties Liaising with their LP departments to investigate audits Reporting (quarterly/yearly reconciliation) of all audits for accounts dept Liaising with external auditors (for the yearly stock checks). This role will be be office and field based (London) 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. The basic salary comes with a 15% annual bonus, private health care and other benefits.
