Job Description
We are working with a Fine Art Shipping company in London, who are looking for an Inventory Controller/Art Technician, to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations/General Manager to coordinate stock movements within the warehouse.
- Supervise condition reporting of artworks.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles, providing support to staff as needed.
- Oversee inventory stock checks and manage receipt and release processes.
- Handle all operations files, customs paperwork, and billing related to storage jobs.
- Ensure smooth flow of property in and out of the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation/condition reports.
- Ensure proper loading of vehicles for deliveries and collections.
Requirements:
- Previous experience assisting with the movement and handling of high-value inventory.
- Experience with art logistics and shipping is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of Inventory Systems.
- Highly organised with a key attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering positive vendor and customer interactions.
