Senior Investment Broker
We are currently recruiting for sales professionals to join our direct team here at Acorn. We are a well-established medium-sized housebuilder who has issued Property Bonds to help our business grow.
Background
You will be working from our sales office based in Crouch End where you will support and add to an existing successful direct sales team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a leading housebuilder with a 25-year track record of building beautiful and award-winning developments mainly in London and South West England.
Senior Broker:
- Contacting interested potential valid investors via various lead generated routes, all with a telephone-based approach.
- Understand the client’s risk and investor viability for our product.
- Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions in order to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.
- To sell the product and services of the Company
- Working towards KPIs and targets both independently and as a team
- Previous experience of working within the investment or alternative investment space (more than 2 years)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Handle and overcome objections
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to targets.
- Accurate labelling of calls and CRM management.
