As the Investment Compliance Manager, one will be instrumental in upholding the integrity and excellence of the firm's investment activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and client mandates. This is a chance to shine in a position that demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of compliance systems, and the ability to lead with innovation and precision.The firm is searching for an individual with a robust knowledge of Bloomberg functionalities pertinent to compliance monitoring, including the adept coding of client guidelines. The successful candidate will be a catalyst for change, proactively seeking to enhance workflows from the front to the back office and driving forward change management processes. A high level of attention to detail is paramount, coupled with exceptional communication skills and the capacity to work independently while valuing collaborative efforts.Experience is key; proficiency with Bloomberg AIMS, specifically CMGR, BTCA, and VMGR EOD, is essential. A strong grasp of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills will underpin one's ability to thrive in this role. Familiarity with FCA Handbook Rules, UCITS, AIFMD, and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory trade reporting across the UK and EU are expected.
