  • Asset Management: Play a pivotal role in managing new investments within the energy transition sector, ensuring they deliver on their value-add potential.
  • Business Liaison: Address key business issues, prepare for board meetings, interact with management teams, and assist with quarterly client reporting.

  • People Management: Proven ability to manage and lead team members effectively.
  • Deal Experience: Extensive experience in deal origination, execution, and management, specifically within the energy transition space.
  • Top Performer: Recognised as a top-ranked performer within your peer group.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong judgment and critical thinking abilities to make informed decisions and provide strategic insights in energy transition investments.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with high-calibre clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive Approach: A self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects forward independently.
  • International Teamwork: Comfortable working in a diverse and international team environment, supporting senior members and mentoring juniors.

Join a dynamic team in a role that offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a substantial impact in the energy transition investment landscape.
