JDRoss have partnered with a leading renewable energy company who are looking for an investment manager.
Role Summary
For this role you will lead and participate in due diligence, financial analysis, transaction structuring, client negotiations, internal approvals, documentation and closing of transactions.
Essential Responsibilities
Build, develop, maintain, and analyse financial models and projections
Conduct industry / company research, including risk analysis
Perform valuation analysis for projects and companies
Lead on due diligence workstreams with external consultants
Support in commercial negotiations and documentation
Assist in creating internal approval documents and other supporting deal documentation
Participate in developing process improvement projects
Review operating and financial reports of project companies
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience building financial models from scratch
