Job Description
A leading and rapidly developing challenger bank is seeking a confident and communicative Investment Operations Analyst with an eye for detail who can work comfortably with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties will include:
- Day-to-day liaison with third-party service providers, operations, and the Investment Product Team.
- Working with the Product Managers
- Monitor the full investment cycle, including payment settlement and rebalances. Support resolution on complex customer cases including transfers, cancellations, and refunds.
- Be the subject matter expert on our investment back office systems and processes.
- Maintain, update, and expand our 'how-to’ guides with the support of the Operations manager.
- Prepare audit material as well as weekly and monthly company reports.
- Suggest optimisations and improvements, based on customer experience and manage through to resolution.
Experience required:
- Working knowledge of ISAs and mainstream investment operations (e.g. equities, ETFs, mutual funds).
- Confident and experienced in using back-office systems
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and recommending actions for scenarios where there isn’t a ‘how to’ guide.
- Previous FCA experience or regulatory training
Please note the location of this role: Farnborough, Hampshire. We are unable to consider applicants not living in a reasonable commute of the office.
Hybrid working (2 days in office per week) after completion of probation period.

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year + benefits
