An award-winning provider of wealth management services is seeking to welcome a new individual into their Investment Operations team, as an Investment Operations Manager.

The role is based in Liverpool and will be an opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading and rapidly growing Financial Advice firms. They are pioneers in the dual professional, Financial Planning and Investment Management model with Tax and Accountancy arms, and a highly developed client proposition.

Working as part of the Account Opening and Client Data Maintenance department, this will be a varied and dynamic role. As the team overseer, you'll ensure all tasks are completed promptly and accurately, promptly resolving any discrepancies. You'll support the Head of Department in implementing projects, maintaining operational procedures, and managing changes effectively. It further involves providing technical expertise, conducting staff training, and fostering a culture of excellence and client-focused service.

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working in financial services operations.
  • Managerial experience – ideally experience managing other senior individuals.
  • Relevant Level 3 FCA recognised professional qualification (desired but not essential).
