My client, a thriving Property Investment Company, is currently looking for Property Investment Specialist to join their dynamic team in Manchester.
They have a great portfolio of existing suppliers and investors across Manchester and are looking for experienced individuals to drive this forward and expand their services/business.
Working hours:
- Monday- Thursday9:00 am- 6:00 pm
- Friday 9:00 am- 4:00 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00 am- 4:00 pm - weekday off in lieu
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic £20,000 - £22,000
- First-year - OTE £55,000 - £60,000
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Knowledge of the residential buy-to-let market
- Experience in Sales or New Homes Sales
- Industry experience
- Able to secure new business
- An ambitious attitude within a busy target-driven environment
- You must be a people person, customer service focused, and forward-thinking to be successful within this role.
As aSales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Dealing with property investors and helping them achieve their financial objectives
- Performing market analysis
- Working closely with new and existing property investors and helping them achieve their financial objectives
- Secure new business and manage existing relationships
