Location: Solihull
Role: IT 3rd Line Support
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
My client is a Top Tier solicitor looking to take on an experienced and confident 3rd Line Support Engineer to assist with their growing infrastructure and support needs. This person will have outstanding strong technical abilities and the desire to continue to progress and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
This person will be working directly under the IT Manager and acting as a second in command, implementing improvements to the existing network and solving complex issues for the internal user base of 100.
You will be required to bring your existing expertise to the table, therefore experience in a 3rd Line or Infrastructure Engineer role is necessary.
Skillset required:
Windows and Linux Servers
Networking (preferably CISCO)
Veeam or Veritas Backup Exec
Azure and AzureAD
AWS
Sophos
HP/Aruba Switches
SonicWall or other Firewall
VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix Xen
Desirable skills:
ITIL Qualification
Experience in regulated sector
Small team management
