Job Description
My client are in need of a contract IT Analyst on an initial 3 month contract. For the first month the role is 5 days on site in either their Cornwall or Exeter office. Thereafter it will be 3 days on site, 2 days remote. The role is PAYE, as it's inside IR35. The day rate will be equivalent to a £28k salary, with holiday paid on top.

Skills & experience required:
- A minimum of 2 years extensive IT 1st line support working experience
- Familiarity of following ITIL processes for Incident and Service Request, particularly account provisioning processes
- Familiarity with Exchange, Citrix, Active Directory and strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 licensing provisioning practices
- Ability to follow strict Identity Management processes and takes responsibility to escalate where security could be compromised
