IT Application Support Analyst
up to £25,000 depending on experience.
Truro - Cornwall
Hybrid - 3 days office - 2 days working from home
You will be expected to work flexibly over a 35 hour week within the hours of 8am - 8pm.
Acorn by Synergie is working with a client based in Cornwall, Truro with a fantastic opportunity to join their in-house IT team as an Application Support Analyst. You will be working with the 1st line support team, infrastructure specialist and developers to support in developing solutions to meet business strategy objectives. You will have the opportunity to upskill in areas you do not have experience and be involved in a variety of projects.
The ideal candidate will be willing to learn new things and assist in troubleshooting and identifying improvements with the software and database. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Graduate and apprenticeships will be considered for anybody with an interest in developing in this area of work.
Main duties:
* Support both in-house and 3rd party applications and software
* Use builders and tools to further develop systems to meet business requirements.
* Identify and implement changes to existing processes as required.
* Document solutions and changes
* Work closely with the IT team and the wider business, e.g. taking part in daily stand-ups
