IT/AV Support Technician
Location: Leeds
Salary: £22,000-£24,500 DOE
We are looking for an experienced IT/AV Support Technician to join an education organisation in Leeds.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a busy and ever-changing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting of IT and AV equipment
* Setting up and configuring IT systems and AV equipment
* Installing and updating software and Hardware
* Monitoring systems and networks to ensure smooth and reliable operation
* Responding to technical queries and requests
* Writing technical documentation such as training guides
* Managing user accounts and permissions
* Maintaining IT inventory
Technical Skills Required:
* Proven experience in an IT Support role
* Excellent knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
* Knowledge of infrastructure and networking fundamentals
* Knowledge of AV equipment
* Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with projectors/ Mac and Whiteboards would be beneficial
