IT Business Relationship Manager for a leading client based in City of London. My client is currently seeking an IT Business Relationship Managerto come on board to oversees and coordinates business-driven projects in collaboration with local business units, the IT Manager, and the Area IT team. They ensure an up-to-date and secure local service landscape, serving as a stand-in for the IT manager and team. Leveraging the clients IT guidelines and standards, as well as IT service management processes, they focus on enhancing business processes and continuously improving end-user satisfaction with IT services and demands
Key skills:
- Previous IT Business Relationship Management experience
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with stakeholders across local business departments, teams, colleagues from Area IT Europe, and global IT.
- Utilise these relationships to identify business needs while effectively managing expectations.
- Engage in our demand process to define project scopes, explore options, and advocate for internal alignment and transparent decision-making.
- Monitor initiatives during execution, ensuring alignment with initial scope and demand objectives, and delivering outputs that meet quality standards.
- Solid Business Process Understanding: Proficient in comprehending business processes and translating them into IT terminology.
- Effective Communication and Relationship Skills: Skilled at interacting with end-users and building positive relationships.
- Analytical Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of addressing complex challenges alongside global IT colleagues.
- Experience with IT service management practices
- Maintains and develops a regular stakeholder alignment, sharing relevant information for IT services and capturing requirement and development ideas.
- Collaborates improvement, simplification ideas or limitations in current services, processes & tools effectively for a fast and qualified alignment among IT peers (local, IT Area, remote Service Desk).
- Ensures a professional end-user IT onboarding (leveraging and contributing global standards).
- Ensures a professional and regular IT service communication towards end-users.
