Job Description
IT DELIVERY OFFICER PERMANENT MANCHESTER £30,000 -35,000 MON-FRI
Working as part of a dynamic team for a large Northwest well established company, you will be responsible for carrying out a breadth of IT duties such as:
Providing day to day 1st and 2nd line IT support.
Take ownership and management of IT requests.
Escalating to the IT manager when needed
Assist with IT projects and the implementation of systems.
Carry out regular assessments to ensure core IT systems are registered with up-to-date information
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role, ideally with customer service/helpdesk service. Must have experience with Microsoft 365 and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
