IT Field Engineer - Up to £35K, Mansfield

Key skills -
Windows OS / Server
Active Directory
Problem solving and troubleshooting software solutions
TCP/IP and Network Infrastructure
Installation and Maintenance of Networks & VoIP Equipment
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms
Advanced experience working with vendors for expedited troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
Knowledge of it Applications, Software & Hardware
Excellent customer service experience
Routing/Switching Management and Maintenance
Experience using a Service Desk logging system and ticketing system
MSP Experience
Full UK Driving License
