Are you a tech-savvy IT Field Engineer looking for your next exciting challenge? Look no further! My client is seeking a highly skilled IT Field Engineer with experience in supporting multiple customer sites for various IT issues and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
** Providing support for Microsoft Windows Servers, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Cloud Solutions, SQL and Desktop Operating Systems.
** Familiarity with networking infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls, and have knowledge of security and backup procedures.
** Experience with Virtualization using VMware or Hyper-V
** Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
** Ensuring customers IT requirements are fulfilled efficiently and within agreed SLAs, ensuring maximum customer service levels.
Qualifications:
** Comfortable with Microsoft Windows Servers, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Cloud Solutions, SQL, and Desktop Operating Systems.
** Familiarity with networking infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls, and have knowledge of security and backup procedures.
** Experience with Virtualization using Vmware or Hyper V
** Some familiarity with Linux, programming languages, MS Sharepoint, MS Access, and Sage are a plus.
** Must have own car and valid driver's license, mileage allowance provided.
Role: IT Field Engineer
Location: Covering the Northwest. Home based with trips into the Bolton Office.
Salary: GBP 24,000 - 34,000
