IT Field Technician - Sheffield
Salary: £20,000-£24,000
We are a recruitment agency working with a charity in Sheffield who are looking to hire an IT Technician that will be involved in some fieldbased support and project work. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and staff members and resolving any IT related issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, both remotely and on-site
* Setting up and configuring new hardware and software
* Providing technical support to internal customers
Technical Skills Required:
* Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems (DNS/ DHCP)
* Proven experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Able to work well independently as well as part of a team
* Exp0erience with Active Directory and Azure
* Windows Server 2016/2019
* Experience with Windows operatig systems
