Job Title: IT Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Walsall
Salary: £25000 - £30000
Benefits: Career Development and competitive package
Additional Info: Onsite role and part of a small team

My client is seeking an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to the business and its customers. The role requires excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various systems.
* Provide technical support and advice to customers and internal colleagues.
* Monitor and maintain systems, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.
* Diagnose and resolve network problems.
* Install and configure hardware and software.
* Create and update technical documentation.

Technical Skills Required:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware.
* Understanding of IT security.
* Good understanding of database systems.
* Familiarity with cloud computing.
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
