THE ROLE

Working as part of a team, this is a varied IT support type role, with an emphasis on IT Helpdesk support type duties and responsibilities.

Important: Interested candidates must have at least 1 years experience working in an IT Helpdesk support type role.
IT helpdesk support, dealing with a wide range of queries.
Providing solutions to general helpdesk queries.
Dealing with system upgrades and general updates relating to the organisations various IT applications.
Liaising with internal and external representatives at all levels, including vendors.
Utilising IIS and SQL skills
Creating, amending and running reports
Inputting new data as and when required
Assisting with project work as and when required
IMPORTANT: You will be given training to enhance your skills. However, you will definitely need to have at least 1 years experience on your CV that lists you have worked in an IT helpdesk type activities.
