Job Description


We are currently seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Manager/IT Team Leadto join our clients fantastic Edinburghteam.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT Helpdesk team and ensuring end-users receive prompt and effective support for their IT-related issues.




Key responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT Helpdesk team
Managing the team's performance, coaching and mentoring team members
Driving continuous improvement to enhance the customer experience
Providing regular reports on team performance and metrics
Developing and implementing IT support policies and procedures
Collaborating with other teams to ensure IT support requirements are met
Providing training to end-users on IT tools and applications
Assisting team with technical escalations



Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk management
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT support services
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
