Job Description


This thriving manufacturing business who produce precision engineered components, are looking to attract an IT professional into the team who will support IT operations for 160 users.

The purpose of the role is to lead all IT and communications for the company, ensuring all on-site and remote systems are maintained and secure.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, as IT Manager, responsibilities will be to: -
Manage elationships with outside IT contractors.
Gain compliance for cyber essentials.
Manage and create cost effective contracts for IT and Telephony.
Advise on IT infrastructure.
Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system.
Manage website providers.
Ensure security of data.
Support users with technical support.
The successful IT Manager will: -
Have gained working experience in IT within a manufacturing environment.
Be a competent user of Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Have strong written and oral communication skills.
Enjoy working in a varied role.
On offer: -
A salary circa £45,000
4 Day week, (07:30 - 5.00)
Pension Er 6%
27 Days holiday + Stats
Bonus (attendance, profit)
